1. SHIPPING INFO
1.1 Processing time:
All packages are shipped in 1-2 working days after your order has been placed.
1.2 Delivery times:
Shipping times are between 2-4 business days from the date your order is processed.
1.3 Delivery Costs & Shipping Areas:
We currently ship to Spain, Italy, and France.
- Spain (mainland): FREE Shiping. Delivery time 2-4 business days.
- Balearic Islands: €5.99 shipping fee. Delivery time 3-5 business days.
- Italy and France: €9.99 shipping fee. Delivery time 2-4 business days.
1.4 More info:
- Please note that once the order is shipped we cannot control it and in rare occasions, during high season.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- We provide tracking number for the packages, sometimes it takes up 2 days to be displayed, depends the info we get from the shipping company.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
2.1 Returns of ordered items:
Our Tiny Rest Kids' Sofa comes with a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, email us ay info@tinyrest.com for return authorization. Any request for a refund beyond 14 days will be refused. For more information, please read more HERE.
